4. How to request a refund

Just email care@lumierebeauty.co with your order reference — that's it. No forms, no hoops. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and process approved refunds immediately.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our secure payment processor. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Fair use

The guarantee is intended for genuine customers. We reserve the right to decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product).
