1. Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Lumière Science Ltd. "You" refers to the customer or user. "Products" means the beauty and cosmetics products offered for sale on our website.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend access to anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping, which will be shown at checkout where required.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once payment is successfully processed and we issue confirmation.

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. We pick and pack from our UK studio, usually within one business day, and you'll receive tracking by email once your parcel ships. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

6. Use of products

Our Products are cosmetics for personal use. Please follow the directions, ingredient information and warnings on the packaging and product page, and patch-test before first use if your skin is sensitive. Your purchase is also subject to our Product Terms of Sale, which form part of these terms.

7. Refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and how refunds are processed.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our website, brand and Products remain the property of Lumière Science or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Warranties

Products are made and supplied with reasonable skill and care. As individual skin responds differently, we cannot guarantee any specific cosmetic result. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
